With more than five years of active collaboration with international travel partners, hospitality providers, and tourism stakeholders, he has developed a strong understanding of destination management, traveler expectations, operational excellence, and global tourism trends.
Before establishing Explore Asia Travels, Roshan held senior leadership positions in reputed organizations including The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and Asian Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he successfully managed large-scale operations, national and international events, procurement, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional teams.
His extensive corporate background brings a unique level of professionalism, structure, operational precision, and service quality into the tourism industry. His leadership philosophy is built on trust, reliability, personalized care, and long-term partnerships.
